Knights Inn Mount Laurel

We checked in around 9:30pm there was a very nice lady at a tiny window at check in. We are far too tired to run around looking for another hotel at this hour. The room smells heavily of Marijuana, with a lingering cigarette smell. The comforters on both beds are covered in holes, I'm assuming from people smoking in the rooms. There are 2 flat sheets on the beds no fitted sheets one has black and brown spots and the other has a black/grey smudge. The right side bed lamp does not work, the outlets are all so loose none of our chargers will stay plugged in. The headboard on the right side has visible hand prints.😱😱😱 The mirrors have not been cleaned, the desk chair upholstery is in shreds and is missing an arm. There are mystery drips down the sides of the furniture. The bathroom doorknob is

If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived late at night and didn’t really look around and just got in bed. When I got up in the morning and put my bra back on a roach fell out of my bra from between my breasts. Then I decided of course to look at the ground closer and JESUS CHRIST I have never seen that many roaches before it so disgusting. Crawling everywhere. I got out immediately. I went to the office and told them and showed them the pictures and he said if I had come within an hour of checking in they would have given me a new room but they would not refund me. As if the other rooms probably don’t look exactly the same. He told me the exterminator was there recently so there may be some dead ones. They were NOT dead. There were babies, adults, EVERYWHERE it was so horrifying. Quite

I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews, but I found the motel to be very clean and comfortable. The facility as a whole and the rooms are a bit run down, but you aren't paying for a five-star experience. At the budget end of the scale, it was fine. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom was set up for people with disabilities (like myself). The TV had many more channels that are common in budget motels. The staff was super friendly and helpful.. I would not hesitate to stay again.

1 star only bc I couldn’t give a 0!!! Worst hotel experience I left after 1 hour. Bathroom filthy, no towels, room filthy, all surfaces sticky and not wiped down, floor dirty maybe blood, roaches everywhere including the bed, old dirty heater/ac blowing nasty air, I couldn’t breath, maybe mold….do not stay…I went directly next door to La Quinta….more $ but a million times better. Front desk would not refund. They offered another room but uh NO THANKS!!!! Gross.
