Hotel Concord Syracuse, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I had a pleasant visit! Everytime I went by the front desk I was greeted. Check in process was easy and quick. Luggage dollys were easy to find. The furnishings of the room was great, cool wall lights, comfy desk chair and desk. It was super easy to find your way through the hotel and the breakfast in the morning was great, thank you so much!

I was pleasantly surprised. We booked here on the last minute because we went to our original hotel and were told that they did not have a room for us. We called your hotel and the very pleasant man at the desk said we absolutely have a room for you. When we got there he was pleasant and efficient as he checked us in. The room was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again.

I stayed here for two nights in the beginning of June. The check-in/check-out process was easy and lightning-fast. The staff seemed friendly and polite. The elevator worked fine. ||The room was clean and in decent condition. My room had a desk and a desk chair, and also an armchair - great for sitting and reaading. There was a fridge and a microwave. I did not use the coffeemaker, but it was prvided. ||The shower worked well, and the provided toiletries were fine. There was plenty of space to hang clothing if wanted. The A/C and heat worked OK. ||The heater made weird noises. The mattress did not fit into the mattress frame, bit sat on top, so the bed was higher up than normal, but the mattress was confortably firm. Decent pillows. We had no hand towels or washcloths when we got there. I had to go get some. There was no hot water for showers and there was a cockroach in the bathroom that I killed and flushed down the toilet. They don't give you enough time for breakfast. It's over by 9am. I do not recommend staying here

We had a positive experience here. Stayed one night. Check in is normally 4pm but we happened to be in the area super early (11am) and figured we'd see if our room was already ready. I tried calling to see and let the phone ring for a very long time, two attempts, and nobody answered the phone so we just drove over to see. I think the attendant was busy possibly cleaning up from the breakfast but he came out and helped me and said yes they had a room available already, which was great! We seriously appreciated it. Our room was clean, the beds were clean and SUPER comfortable. 4 comfy pillows on each bed. A pillow topper on each bed. Nice newer linens. Bathrooms are updated though our toilet had a really long flush and the tub spout never really shut off. Minor items. Parking lot was very
