Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia/Mt. Laurel

What a great hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean. They had everything for breakfast. The staff here could not be nicer. I interacted with Khalifa, Zena and Connor and all were so accomodating and such a pleasure. Everyone was so friendly and the hotel looks so beautiful and festive for the holidays. I will always stay here. It truly makes you feel like you’re at home. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

Positive: Spacious room for a one bedroom. I like the full kitchen. I like the hot breakfast. Very satisfied. Negative: The water in the shower was barely hot enough (even turned all the way up). However, there was no problem with the hot water in the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Mount Laurel for two nights and I was thoroughly impressed. I've stayed there before and have come to expect this. Check-in process was efficient and front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Connor was particularly helpful and welcoming. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area

With everything being done without face to face. Not sure how places service should be 4 or 5. We made reservations on line, they sent us a virtual key and told us we did not have to go to the desk. And we checked out via the phone. Me personally, I do not consider that good service. As I had no contact with any staff member. However the online service was good.

Good size of a room for family.|Wish were cleaned everyday. We had to ask for fresh towels frequently.|TV s are not smart and this is old fashioned for these days.
