Feather Nest Inn

Great service, I cannot recommend them enough. Very cute and clean with more of an AirBnB feel. We enjoyed all of the local touches. Having a full fridge and little kitchen setup is always a nice bonus. If it was warmer we could have walked to Voyageur Brewery and Java Moose 👍🏻

This was an absolute joy! Jordan the host was so friendly. My husband and I needed a place to stay the night and could not find a hotel. I called and Jordan was quick to say come on. She didn’t even have a room ready but quickly made one ready for us. It was awesome everything you need so many neat details. Extra chargers and my favorite HEATED TOWEL RACK! If we are ever in these parts again we will not hesitate to stay here! Bed was so comfortable the water stayed hot she even caters to your pets! We didn’t have one but if I did they would have been welcomed with open arms! It was an easy check in and over all just very pleasant thank you Feather Nest hope to come back when we can stay longer!

Very good place to book. Neatly designed, the owner has made share to provide even the most basic necessities like chargers. She has done an amazing job of keeping this property neat and tidy. The place has different rooms by bird names. Ours was the Hummingbird and it was a very comfortable experience for me and my wife. Nice places to eat nearby at a walkable distance.

Jourdan's Feather Nest Inn is just a joy to stay at. The apartments are cute and cozy, and so well appointed and comfortable. Everything is done with the environment in mind, and Jourdan is very transparent and open about her choices, from linens to refillable soap to steel cookware that can eventually be recycled. There are lovely and thoughtful little touches throughout, with pretty much every amenity one could need. Jourdan lives with her family right next door, and is always available if you need anything or have a question. She allows dogs, and has clear guidelines and policies to protect everyone. The location is perfect, walkable to everything. This will always be our number one choice for a place to stay when we visit Grand Marais.
