Eve's Place Lakeside Cabins

We stayed in Cabin 2 with our pup and had a wonderful time. It was thrilling to find a dog friendly north shore option with a private beach for sitting and daydreaming, as well as lake views from the cabin and on a safe road for your dog walks. The proprietor is lovely, everything you need to be happy in your tiny house is clearly explained, and the porch, front yard with chairs, and beach allow all the Lake experience you need. We enjoyed Grand Marais, and headed north to Judge CR Magney State Park, which allows hikes with your leashed pet. Cabin was beautifully kept and appointed. I actually really hate to review and publicize Eve's Place but as I said, the owner is lovely.

What a perfect getaway! I stayed in Cabin 1, right on the shore of Lake Superior, for six nights. The cabin is small, spotless, and comfortable, and equipped with just about everything needed - including a universal charger cord. Meeting Mona, the owner, and learning about the history of the resort and her artist mother Eve was an absolute delight. Go there! Enjoy the peacefulness of the area and fall asleep listening to the water lap against the shore. You will come back refreshed and ready to face the world again.

Great experience. Mona and Ralph are owners who care. Cabin 1 is amazing right on the lake. Yes it is a tiny cabin but had everything we needed and that was a big part of the charm. I am 6' 3" and had plenty of room to move around. Will definitely be back.

We rented both cabins 2 and 3 and could not have been happier. Beds and linens/towels were all so comfortable and kitchen had everything one would need. The dishes were even pretty! Love fills every detail in this place. Make sure you read all about Eve in the beautiful book of her curated art her daughter compiled in each cabin. We look forward to returning.

My husband and me along with our dog Carly spent 4 nights in cabin #2. The cabin was clean and the view is beautiful. The owners are helpful and very thoughtful in the details provided in and around the grounds. We definitely recommend staying here. It is a very small cabin just something to keep in mind.
