Extended Stay America Suites- Philadelphia - Mt. Laurel - Crawford Place

Naz is an amazing, kind, patient, and compassionate front desk reservationist. Naz will always acknowledge you when you arrive to the front desk during Check-In and Check-Out. All of my needs have been met during my stay. I am respected and I feel safe. My Suite is so comfortable and clean. I am supplied with fresh towels daily. For my convenience, I also enjoy a Continental Breakfast daily as early as 6am. I am a very busy, hard-working Nurse, and my Suite was chosen especially for me by Management to suit my 3pm-11:30pm Shift. I can choose to utilize the elevator or the stairs leading directly to my SUV. I can also always find ample parking when I return from shift, and the parking lot is bright at night where local law enforcement frequent the streets, driving through to secure a safe

Positive: The location. Negative: Staff was slow and lethargic. 3 police officers came in looking for staff or residents while we were checking in. Seemed like a normal occurrence. Made me feel unsafe.

The room was spacious enought to accommodate my mother and me. The hotel was clean and it was equipped with a microwave, full size fridge and 2 electric burner. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I particularly thought Antoine was helpful, friendly and serviceful. The hotel is centrally located near restaurants, shopping center and major highways. There are several hospitals within a few miles of each other in case of an emergency. I would highly recommend this place.

I was suddenly evicted yesterday and was referred to the closest extended stay by phone for a safe place to stay for 2 weeks since I became homeless. I made the reservation and arrived by Uber with what little money I had left on. A gift card, hoping to finally rest. The younger lady at the counter was polite but could clearly see our distress and offered no options to rectify only having CASH on me(I was told I needed a bank card by her, tho this was not told to me over the phone). I had the full amount and this young lady refused any help to me and showed no patience. I left in tears in which I was met with her saying "have a nice life" as I went out the door by, this YOUNG lady. Wish I could give zero stars for the worst experience on a terrible, cold day. Not even a chair offered

Fleeing domestic situation, Naz made our experience worth it and 10x easier. Love that girl. Our sink was dysfunctional the entirety of our stay, but simple location, no drama, and Naz made it 100% worth it. Sending love your way - Cha Darroyo
