Express Airport Inn

RUN!!! That building should be condemned, unfortunately, that’s not exaggeration. Immediately walking through the door, tons of dark brown cobwebs from ceiling to wall. Mud or ? splattered all over several walls. Sheets have stains and cigarette holes all over. The box spring mattresses covered in stains. The ending and ice machines weren’t even plugged in. Check my pics! I’m reporting this place to the health dept. it should not be operating.

Price was advertised as $62 per night. Was charged 3x that so we assumed that the advertised price meant that we got 3 nights. Person at front desk said that they have no rooms at that rate. This room was in terrible condition, and would not even conceivably be worth $93 per night. This is highway robbery. Do not stay here.

This was the nastiest most run down hotel I have ever had the misfortune to be booked at. Was told it was non smoking room, and the first one was right over a bunch of guys sitting around smoking. I had asked for a room on the ground floor to start with and when I explained I could not take the smoke due to health reasons, he came up with a ground floor room! It smelled so much of cigarettes that you could taste it ! There was even an ash tray in the room! But it was marked non smoking. The chairs in the room and the curtains on the window were nasty! Had strange spots that I don’t want to know what it was! I will never be back to this place and I will never used the booking service that put us in this hell hole!

This place is FILTHY at best! If you must stay here don't walk on the carpet without shoes on because your feet will turn black. Shake your bags out because they have flying cocktail roaches. They got the TV, refrigerator and microw6daisy chained to one outlet (safety hazard) and whomever taught the maid how to make a bed needs to have the head examined. Really - a twin sized fitted sheet does not go on a queen sized bed. #SMH! And another thing you family shouldn't be living in the hotel especially if you6telling customers the maximum stay, per Henrico county and/Virginia State law is 30 days.

Absolutely awful, not clean, cigarette butts in the floor. My husband and I booked a room at this hotel to be near the airport. The RECENT reviews we saw were decent so we gave it a chance. This turned out to be a big mistake. The room had obviously not been dusted in many years. There was sticky drink splashed on the walls and tv. We found at least 3 cigarette butts in the floor. While the sheets had been washed, they had cigarette burns and mystery stains on them. It was so bad that we left and slept in our car at the airport.
