Econo Lodge Mount Laurel - Philadelphia East

Do not recommend staying here. The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming but that was the only good part of the hotel. Our no. smoking room smelled of cigarettes, there were cockroaches on the floor, the sheets were stained, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the shower didn’t work, the drawers were not cleaned and had stains everywhere, there was mold on the shower walls, the microwave was moldy, and the door didn’t close properly so there were leaves from outside flying in under the door.

This was the cheapest we could find in the area still it was almost 90 bucks. Room was really congested. There was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room beside the basin that indicates how small the room is. No hair dryer. The shower was faulty. Water coming through the shower and bottom tap together. Hardly had any hot water. There was a dead bee lying around in the air conditioner. I wonder if they cleaned the room properly before arrival

The front desk was gentleman was very nice. It was a last minute reservation at 245am after driving 6 hours. It was a place to lay our heads for a few hours. The heat did work well so that’s a plus, however there was mold in the bathroom and a huge hole in the bathroom door. It was a clean room Though so that’s a plus

This should not be a choice hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and they all where awful. There where cigarette burn marks on the comforter and floor. Bathroom was dirty and smell like urine. I used shower shoes to take a shower and the floor was dirty so we had to put a towel down just to feel like the floor was clean. The heat did not work in the room and the air that did come out smelled horrid. After the second day of no room service we had to go get new towels and the front desk clerk refused to give us new ones tell my fiancé that we had revived room service earlier that day. After arguing we received fresh towels. I would never stay here again and for almost 100$ a night it was definitely under the expectation of just a clean and suitable room. DISGUSTING. HORRIBLE. I wish I could give a one. I was left stranded on the streets. I am currently traveling with an infant and two year old , the manager and owner here are very inconsiderate and really don’t care about their motel. I checked in around 10:30 and immediately noticed cigarette burns on the bedsheets and there were stains on the sheets. Then the bathroom had dirt all over it. The non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes and drugs. They don’t have any accommodations here and no respect or value. I had rooms 202 and 203 , if you get these rooms be ready to through the worst night of your life. 202 has no AC and when I complained about my rooms the manager said he would refund me the money and after I agreed, they told me to remove my stuff from my room meaning I was then lef
