Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Laurel-Philadelphia

This was the best hotel in the area! We will definitely stay again. The staff were incredibly kind and generous, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property was extremely clean inside and out. Breakfast was by far the best I’ve ever had. The rooms were spotless, warm, and comfortable, and the bathrooms were very spacious and cozy. It was the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel to all of my friends and family.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values peace of mind or the return of their refundable holding fee. This was my final stay here. My friends and I checked in on 12/31/2025 and only needed the room briefly to get ready for an event. Within three minutes of entering the room, we received a noise complaint after accidentally bumping into the metal bed frame while walking alongside the bed. The frame is made of a loud, hollow metal material that easily makes noise with minimal contact, which is a poor design choice for a hotel room. We left the room before 9:00 PM and did not return until after 6:00 AM to sleep. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. Gross and the management (Harley) doesn't care she said that my expectations were too high. We arrived at 2am after driving all day leaving with a child at that point was out of the question. At least there weren't any bugs. Gross bath tub, shower curtain. That tub hadn't been clean in a long time. Bathroom door looks like it was kicked in. Harley, how do you think this is okay?

Very run down, not taken care of, found dirty underwear hanging by the iron board, asked three times for towels, room was never cleaned once in my 2 week stay. The front desk was nice age the kitchen staff was nice but I could never book here again! The absolute worst part was the day before I left I found a needle stuck in the top tiles of the shower!! I was mortified! I ended up leaving that night a day early, even though I paid for that night. I do have pictures if needed.

Rethink this place, definitely not up to the standard. First room I was checked in was disgusting (see pictures). There was even a soap wrapper sitting on one of the towels, indicating they don't really change the towels. The receptionist did call me after checking in to indicate that she put me a room that was not to be used. So she moved me across the hall (neighbor had a barking dog all night). The room was a little better overall, except the sofa bed mattress was worn, falling apart. And was so lumpy my 4 year old couldn't even use it. Not to mention, I had two make two trips to the front desk in this room. One because there was no sheets for the sofa bed, nor enough towels for three people. The second time was because there was no remote in the room.
