Comfort Inn Chicago Schaumburg - O'Hare Airport

It was a Great stay at your Hotel. People at the Front Desk and especially the lady who works in the Cafe are very Friendly and want to help in any way possible. The room was very nice and Clean. I had some issues with the TV and I went to the Front Desk and they resolved the issue. My Son and I watched some Football Games in their Lounge. They were very accommodating to allow us to do this. I made some suggestions to the Manager and he shared they were already working to improve those things. The Food in the Cafe was very tasty and Fresh. The lady that works there was super friendly and would say Hello every day. I always found parking available which was a very nice thing also. I Would Definitely recommend this Hotel to Anyone I know or to anyone looking for a Great Place to stay. I Will

Staff during day wasn't very friendly at all. Waited for 3 hours for early check in . Once time came she disappeared for 15 mins , with a line. Night staff has been kind . But the hotel itself was wonderful. Rooms a little small but very clean,updated,and freshly remodeled. I payed less for this wonderful place and payed outrageous for a crappy one. I highly recommend this hotel ! Great place to stay with family

The staff was kind and available. The site was clean and comfortable. But some things were off. We had an issue with the soap dispenser emptying non stop. We called and were told they could switch our room the next night. We had a one night stay so that would not work. We asked if someone wanted to come in to fix it but no one was available. Instead they asked us to just let the whole thing empty onto the floor. A picture on the wall was missing with hooks hanging empty. The coffee maker did not work.

Booked 2 nights during a convention. Our stay was a disaster. Rude, inattentive and argumentative staff. Bed was OK, shower was OK (but no rods to hang towels??). HOWEVER: the room carpet, phone and microwave were disgusting. Clock and coffee maker in room were broken. Room carpet had sticky spots which were disgusting to step on with bare feet. Pool was small, 3 feet deep and neglected. No hot tub, unlike we were told. Called 3 days ahead to ask for a noon checkout, which was reluctantly agreed to. Then, the night before we were to checkout we tried to confirm with front desk staff, who proceeded to argue with us about it. Hung the Do Not Disturb sign on our door after getting home from a convention at 1AM... only to have cleaning staff have a LONG, LOUD CONVERSATION on speaker phone ri

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms here are disgusting! The sheet were dirty and the counters had residue on them. The pillows and bed itself were uncomfortable. Transportation from the airport was the worst part. It was completely unreliable. We waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle. I called the hotel and was told it was 5 minutes away. After about 10 minutes I called back and was told again “5 more minutes”. The shuttle didn’t arrive for another FULL HOUR after that. I kept trying to call back but have the first couple times they stopped answering all together. Unbelievable that they’re even in business. Complete scam hotel.
