Very dirty place. (Room 113) The worst place I've been. Checked in early then I went back to work, come back later only to find out the assigned room was the filthiest ever. Dirty floors, peed sheetz and blankets, dirty pillow cases.. the list goes on. Couldn't stay more than 20 minutes Asked for another room or refund but Mr Singh say no and no but had the audacity to give lame excuses. It's not costumers duty to keep rooms cleaned and ready for next costumers but theirs. DO NOT STAY IN THIS DIRTY HOLE IF YOU HAVE DECENCY . Mr Singh DOESN'T HAVE ANY DECENCY EITHER BY NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY AND KEEPING HIS BUSINESS FILTHY.

Smfh worst rooms ever disgusting you know they never did a deep clean sticky stuff all around the edges of everything on floor and I could go on but then this would be a book

Excellent place to live and it's very near to Richmond Airport..Front desk staff is very good.

Beds were pretty comfy. Fridge was very cold, which made the drinks even better. Water gets very hot, which is nice for a good, hot shower. Service was kind and friendly. Location is good, since it's pretty central to the area, it's right up the street from the airport and the interstate.

The hotel needs to be shut down until they get the rooms together! Room was completely infested with roaches had to go buy spray and bleach and cleaned it down. Only reason did so for I paid for the room but by 12 am after I went to ask for a floor towel to take a shower I was ready to sleep in my car instead! The guy had the nerve after the woman explained the towels were locked up and gave me a hand towel to step on, told me it's late! Are you not a uncompleted infested hotel? Do not stay here! I checked for bedbugs there were none thank God but its nowhere near your money or headache! After his comment I left!!! Do not stay there!!!! This place needs to be shut down and I will be sending a complaint to BBB!!! This is only half of the story on renting this room!
