Positive: Nothing to be honest Negative: Everything there was roaches and I stayed in a room that was a non smoking room but reeked of cigarettes I also was put in a room next to a condemned room. Just unpleasant & to be charged a ---$ fee upfront for this kind of stay is crazy. I won't be back.

The service desk was empty when I arrived and made the place look closed. The hallways had graffiti and holes in the walls and the room I had was completely covered in roaches. The toilet was not only dirty, but would not stop running. The toiletries (soap and towels) were both used with hair or large specs of dirt on them

This place is a complete and absolute disaster, the front desk little girl was completely unknowingly of was she was doing, the system was down (wherever that means) it was 5:00am and I had to go out at 1• and look for another hotel only because she didn’t know what to do, and the top thing was that I had to pay again for the new Roma in another hotel since they don’t refund me right there, it take between 11 to 13 business days…. A total nightmare and waist of time

Do not stay here. The room had bed bugs, cock roaches, and was clearly not cleaned. There was used washcloths in the shower and the bedding had clearly not been changed. Upon inspecting a cabinet with the fridge, a swarm of bed bugs and more roaches came out. There were also roaches in the hallways. Ended up immediately checking out and leaving. Still have not gotten the security deposit back which was $100. A HUNDRED DOLLAR security deposit for a place full of bugs. Not to mention there’s no security there. All the side doors were open and anybody could just walk in. When I asked for a refund the manager very rudely replied “good luck with your money.” He also tried to say he just had a health inspection done today. Find that hard to believe considering there’s multiple complaints on here

If you like the outdoors this is your place. Be and sleep close to rodents and bugs. the place is falling apart most everything is broken. roaches everywhere. the whole place smells like marijuana. i only needed a place to sleep and i really think sleeping in the airport would’ve been better.
