All Day Inn

Looking for a bite to eat before checking into our hotel. This was hidden in front of another hotel. The food was fantastic and prices fairly normal. Must have been remodeled as it was clean, well run, and a friendly waitress along with a robot to deliver your meal. Very casual atmosphere, and the owner is Italian!

First, I called to check rates for a week on Tuesday the 9th and made reservations with Demetria. I was also asked did I have children checking in because the owner didn't want any children to stay there and if so they couldn't be walking around property. They had to stay in the rooms. Which was okay because I have older children. I then went back to check in on Wednesday no rooms and no reservations were put into system. So I made a reservation for Thursday check in on Friday with Tim. I then came in on Friday no reservation was made. I checked in on Friday the 12th for a week's stay. No reservation was in the computer system still after going through all the BS, but a room was available. The older lady Mary at the front desk did not have and CS Skills. The rudeness on answering the phone

Owners & employees suck at customer service & it’s inhumane to even have the nerve to collect money for these rooms it’s disgusting & infested with roaches & bed bugs carpet is filthy had someone taking a shower above me & when the water drained it leaked on our face they never came to clean the carpet from the leak & both our rooms have mold hiding behind the paint & wall paper they put up. Henrico County building inspector came out & all they did to fix it was spray some foam through the hole from where it was leaking didn’t even paint over it & he was okay with how they improperly fixed it & the employees did say these people can do whatever they want & they’ll just pay people off

The room that I was given had 2 non working refrigerators in it for some odd reason and also a non working microwave as if the room was used for storage. I had to plug up the refrigerator that did work and the other microwave kept sparking when it wasn't in use. The tv didn't have a remote but the nice lady at the desk gave me one. The TV doesn't support HDMI so I couldn't hook up my fire stick. Also the Wi-Fi Connection isn't good at all.The bed wasn't very comfortable and the toilet wasn't working properly. Also I seen and killed several roaches but I didn't see any bed bugs. Basically for $50 a night you get what you pay for .

This motel is absolutely disgusting! I can't believe how it looks in my room. Old furniture, only one light works in the entire room, beds are old and almost on the floor(frames are broke down), the bathroom has cigarette burns on the door and walls, the bathroom door has what looks like blood on it, the carpet looks like it's from the 70's, the comforter has burn holes. I just cringe when I sit down. Couldn't get my money back so I thought I would share my experience. Zero stars please!
