We stopped in Sacramento for a quick overnight while delivering loads and needed easy parking. The parking lot is very spacious, even for big rigs, which was a huge relief. Walking in, the lobby/lounge is breathtaking, waterfall, terrace, and an on-site restaurant. The décor is lovely, and there’s a pool and jacuzzi. Once we headed to our room, the hallway ceilings felt low and the building started to show its age. The room was small but clean. Lighting and towel bars looked newer as well as the sink, though some fixtures felt dated. The curtains were stained. The beds were firm (especially at the edges), but the pillows, sheets, and blankets were very comfortable and warm. There was no refrigerator, and the microwave was small and placed on the desk. The carpet looked worn. No laundry r

The room was okay, but the building is currently in makeover mode—three floors are off-limits, so I felt like I was in a hidden maze. It smells like a paint factory and a mold museum, all at once. The pool is closed for renovations, so no swimming selfies. Location-wise, let's just say it's in a neighborhood with a colorful history, if you catch my drift, and plenty of friendly unhoused neighbors saying hello. The mattress? Let’s just say it has a personality—lumpy and definitely not a fan of a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was right off the freeway and there's great places to eat around there. The hotel is very clean, but the out of date facilities make it seem like it's not. The carpet is so old that it feels like you can feel the glue through the seams. The drapes had holes and didn't completely black out the room, the power outlets were super loose, and the fridge didn't work properly. ||||All that being said, I felt safe and comfortable with the bed and the water pressure was great. I might not recommend it to someone who is very picky or wants a luxurious stay but I'd stay again if in a pinch.

The staff who checked me in were very professional and courteous. They asked what floor I preferred, and I got a room on the second floor close to the stairs and a side exit, which was very nice. The room appeared clean. The big problem I had was when I took a shower, there was a cockroach in the bathtub. Because of that, I’m not sure if I would stay again.

Very nice place to stay at a great price. Check in was fast and friendly. The staff members were very helpful and curious. We have stayed at other Wyndham branded hotels that didn't meet what I thought the Wyndham name mentioned. This hotel went beyond what unfortunately I have seen in my travels. Good job Wyndham Sacramento!!!
