Sacramento Sun RV Park

Fantastic rv park! We love the tenants and the atmosphere. It truly is a great place to stay with most having to worry about people in your business or the randoms walking around trying to steal stuff. The property management does a great job! They even offer on site detailing services & refer people to a company called Nor Cal Mobile Detailing Pros of Sacramento! They literally wash & polish RVs on site without having to leave and they have great prices! Definitely a better rv park than other places that don’t allow on site washing. FIVE STARS!!

Francis The park manager, goes above and beyond to get the job done correctly. She works well and closely with the residents to help with the issues. Francis takes pride in her performance and work. Thank you for your hard work and great personality.

Manager forces new tenants leave good reviews.. makes tenant's feel like they have to leave a good review..we don't. She does this so she can win some dumb contest and get a coffee mug from her boss . Overall the park is mid. But rating 2 stars because of the manager forcing people to leave reviews

Office Manager Frances was very kind and has a very pleasant personality. Easybto woek with and great sense of humor. Keep it up.

Unsafe wide open to the homeless. When I went there there was a homeless man outside with the shopping cart yelling at the people that walk by there. In addition there was also alot of trash and an overturned refrigerator right in front of the place. It's very close to known homeless camps and in addition close to an incredibly bad side of town I suspect theft is very high and safety is very low definitely don't rent here.
