AC Hotel Sacramento

My two-night stay at AC Hotel Sacramento was absolutely wonderful. Everything was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. The hospitality was truly amazing. The breakfast was one of the highlights — they offer a great variety of delicious options. A special thank you to Ali Bayat, who handled our breakfast orders so professionally and made the experience even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Alanie at the reception. She was super friendly and very professional. When we called to request a cart for our room, she personally brought it to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was amazing here! Very clan and welcoming atmosphere. In the one of most ideal locations in downtown Sacramento. Alexis helped us out at the bar & served us, she provided a memorable experience. She shared some of her favorite go to items on the menu & she did not steer us wrong, the food was delicious. Definitely would recommend grabbing food and drinks here when in downtown Sacramento. Thanks Alexis! Til next time!

Positive: Modern design and friendly staff Negative: Beds were a little too firm. Maybe for the rooms with two queen beds you could have a soft one and a medium one. That way people can choose the bed for them.

Great clean room!!! The parking is not as bad as I’ve read about- you have three options- valet $55, self parking $25 or street parking which is free from like 10pm-7am. The front desk staff was very helpful giving us all the choices. We went self parking. I would not advise bringing a tall or big vehicle here the parking is under ground and some turns are tight. I love the layout of the bathroom- large vanity- great shower with either overhead rain or front adjustable shower head. Hotel was very quiet even though we were by the elevator and the PBR rodeo is in town! Yee haw!!!

This is the first AC brand hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel staff are helpful & friendly. This particular location is pretty sketch. The rooms look nice but the mattress & pillows are WELL below the quality & level of comfort I’m used to at other bonvoy hotels. They seem to use very strong air freshener in the a/c system or by some other hotel-wide distribution. For folks who are sensitive to scents, this is an issue. I prefer Bonvoy, but won’t choose an AC hotel again based on this experience.
