Wyndham Garden Duluth

So this hotel attracts a lot of undesirable people, no class, smoking marijane in the rooms, elevator. The water in the shower did not go down. Very ugly people in the front desk, they would not allow my guest to use the downstairs restroom. This hotel gives me the feel of very bad folks that think they own the place, very rude and awful guests staying at this hotel. I felt intimidated. They parked the car in front of the drive way front entrance and we’re just carrying on as if they did not see that we were behind them to drive thru. Going forward I would not stay here.

Positive: "" Negative: My hotel room would not lock when leaving or entering the room. The showerhead was broken and spraying water all over the place. My advice to new customers is to double check their credit card for unauthorized charges by this hotel.

Sam was great! Professional and funny! I was having a bad day but he ended up making me very happy and I'm very happy that I stayed! Nice and quiet! Very spacious! Sam is the go to! Check in was quick and Check out was also! No bugs, parking lot safe, environment safe! plenty of food place around and off the highway, so convenient! Will stay again!

This hotel is giving Motel 6! The prices should be $50/nightly. The first room they gave me the heater didn’t work, or the light on the desk. They did switch me to another room, so I gave them 4 stars for service. And 4 stars for location since they are located right by 85. The rooms are so run down and need remodeling really bad. Upon entering the room there was a strong smell. The bathroom grossed me out. My cabinet to the mini fridge appeared broken. They still use an old PTAC heating/air system. I now know not to ever stay here again! The room only got 1 star because I like the light on the mirror and size of the TV

Had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. The GM and the front desk staff were especially welcoming and made check-in easy. The night auditor was also very helpful and professional. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent customer service — I’d definitely stay here again. Management actually cares. Which is rare in my experience.
