Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta NE - Duluth by IHG

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Duluth, and I want to especially highlight the outstanding service we received from Bennie during breakfast. He was truly a standout member of the team. Bennie was warm, attentive, and incredibly proactive, he seemed to anticipate what guests needed before they even asked. He kept the breakfast area clean and well-stocked, checked in with guests regularly, and created such a welcoming, positive atmosphere each morning. His professionalism and genuine kindness really elevated our overall stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Our room was well-maintained, the common areas were tidy, and despite the renovations happening during our stay, the staff handled everything with ease

We originally got a room on the ground floor near the side exit door. The door was rather loud each time it shut. The next day I asked the desk if we could change rooms away from the side exit door. The manager graciously checked and gave us a room on the third floor that was very quiet for the remainder of our stay. While picking up the new room key another customer was at the desk being very difficult, belligerent and rude to the manager and staff. The manager handled herself with professionalism and courtesy throughout the engagement.

Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room we got seemed pretty new and clean so that was a plus. Breakfast area was spacious and felt like every group had their own space :) There was a wide selection of breakfast food items as well. Definitely would recommend!

I was in the area to go birding in Sax Zim Bog and while there are a couple of closer places to stay this one was very handily located, a good price and good service. The breakfast was good and everything was cleanm couldnt fault it. We'll stay here again the next time we;re up here.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been too. I booked a room for two days but was charge for three I was told I would receive a refund and never did . The staff is very rude and the rooms are very unkept , the bathroom toilet was clogged the moment I walked in my room the beds have bed bugs !!! The sheets are definitely not washed . The day I arrived to check in my room was giving to someone else also management at this establishment is very unprofessional!! And colorist! They treat front desk workers very wrong one young lady has exceptional customer service and was very kind and helpful with me getting a refund and getting me my correct room .
