Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Duluth Downtown

The check-in took no time at all staff handled everything smoothly, with a natural ease and genuine friendliness that never felt put on. The room was exactly what you'd hope for: clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a breakfast that kept things simple and got everything right. The street outside was calm enough to guarantee the kind of sleep you actually wake up rested from. But the real takeaway was how much the whole experience punched above its price the sort of place you find yourself recommending without hesitation and returning to without question.

I stay at this hotel when I visit my family and it's a comfortable place to stay. The hotel itself and the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable with nice pillows. The gym is nice as well. I have 2 minor complaints. Most hotels serve free breakfast but the Courtyard Marriot does not. Also, I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get into the hotel since the entrance isn't very prominent. The hotel has great walkability to lots of nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, it's a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Great experience here. We spent two nights. It was super comfy, and the staff was lovely. The lot was too low for our sprinter van but they gave us a parking pass anyway and we ended up being fine parked out front across the street. Didn’t have hotel breakfast but really liked the coffee shop Break down the block. Nick at the front desk was awesome, so nice.

Always love my stay at the hotel. The breakfast team knows my order by heart and is every warm everything I return back.

Have been travelling to the Johns Creek / Duluth area several times a year for a while now. Have always stayed in Peachtree Corners. Never again! This is a fantastic hotel and you can walk right outside to a public park surrounded by breweries and restaurants. Perfect spot for business travelers.
