Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf

I had an awesome experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf, and it was entirely because of the bartenders, Sierra and Amy. From the moment I walked up to the bar, Sierra brought such an upbeat, welcoming energy that it instantly set the tone for the evening. She was attentive without being overbearing, quick with recommendations, and clearly knows her craft. Every drink she made was spot-on — balanced, smooth, and served with a genuine smile. Amy was just as fantastic. She has that rare ability to make a busy bar feel personal. Even when things picked up, she stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly professional. We stay at an Embassy Suites as often we can on vacations because our family likes having a two-room suite and they always have a good full breakfast with made to order omlets... We were passing through Atlanta, decided to stay at this one and we were not disappointed! The staff was super friendly, room was clean and we really liked the layout of it with a huge bathroom. Even the sofa bed was a better quality than most! It was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast had more items than we have ever seen at an Embassy before, and staff was excellent there as well. When we checked out, the desk clerk Ross was from our hometown and really fun to talk to, he even offered us extra breakfast to go. We would definitely stay here again if passing through!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf! The area around the hotel was very nice, with plenty of restaurants and convenient places nearby. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, which added a festive touch. The staff was extremely friendly, and the bartender was amazing! I tried the chicken quesadilla, which was hot and fresh, and the breakfast was also very good. When I visit again, I’ll definitely have to try the wings 😄. I believe the bartender’s name was Sarah, though I’m not completely certain, but she was great. On my way out, I was greeted by Ross, who asked about my stay and was very friendly. I mentioned that I couldn’t get my coffee maker to work, and he kindly provided me with coffee to go fr

Positive: The beds were very comfortable and location was great! Negative: The staff were not friendly at all. Gentlemen who checked us in was very curt and no smile or welcoming. I called the next morning after checkout when we got to airport as my sister lost her glasses. Never got a call back!

Our family had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful and staff members are so friendly. The breakfast was delicious with variety of foods to choose from. Kid friendly atmosphere and they enjoyed the indoor pool. It was a great way to celebrate a birthday. We will definitely be back soon.
