The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett

This hotel was amazing! It appears new. It is spotless and all employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You might think you’re at a Ritz-Carlton. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and bartender Nina made my stay more enjoyable with her great service and hospitality. If you are looking for a nice hotel attached to the arena and convention center, you will love this place. As a bonus, they have a Starbuck’s on property.

I frequently stay at the Westin Gwinnett and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment i arrived, the service was truly outstanding. Exceptional Staff: Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. And William that works at the front desk always assist with my luggage transport when the bell service staff members are unavailable. Immaculate and Comfortable Rooms: Our suite was immaculate, beautifully designed and modern amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the housekeeping was noticeable. Fine Dining: We dined at Overstory the rooftop restaurant for dinner. The food was amazing and the violinist was a delight. Big city feel hotel. Clean landscaping, large buildings, attached to an arena. It’s really grand. Great for conventions. My financial company got me a room here and everything was A1 as expected. The room was all around great, nice decor, comfortable bed, many lighting options for getting ready or having a meeting in your room, microwave, refrigerator, sitting space, nice restroom/showers, two restaurants, nice lobby. They have the two shower heads where one you can use handheld, I feel like the shower pressure is reduced with the two shower heads as I prefer one solo Strong, but that’s not a real complaint as the shower pressure was fine, I just like good pressure-not stinging but noticeable. The conference provided 3 free full meals daily so I didn’t get a chance to try their restaurants

We had an incredible experience at The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett Place. We hosted our wedding here over three days, and the experience was so wonderful that we returned a year later for our anniversary stay. The staff is consistently lovely, warm, and genuinely helpful across the board. Guest relations, catering, and the concierge team were all outstanding and went above and beyond to make both our wedding and return stay special and seamless. The rooms are amazing — even nearly two years later since opening, the property still feels fresh / new, comfortable, and extremely well maintained. It’s also very convenient to have a Starbucks on site, a full bar, and a beautiful rooftop bar to enjoy in the evenings. This hotel holds special memories for us, and we would absolutely stay here again
