Best Western Gwinnett Center Hotel

Rami was exceptional while taking care of us. We checked in late and asked him if we could check out a little bit later after 11am. He said it was no problem and would make a note for us to check out at noon. Even provided us with bottle waters. Service was amazing here. Hotel and rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was pretty powerful. Our new place to stay.

The hotel is showing some wear.However, it was clean from what I could tell and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was slow.They were not putting out food fast enough for the amount of guests that were coming down for breakfast and using the microwave.But the guests were trying to use as well.At the same time. The elevator was not working, so we managed to get a room on the first floor however, when we left, they were working on the elevator trying to get it operational. We were also not aware that there was a seventy five dollar deposit.Hold on our card for any incidentals.After we left, I did speak with the desk manager.When we left and he said they would check the room right away.If there was nothing wrong, they would release the hold, and that's exactly what they did.

Positive: The location and price can't be beat! We appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Negative: The hotel is pretty dated and could use some renovation. The faucet switch was very difficult to switch to overhead shower. On the last day as we were packing up and surveyed the room, found many garbage items, like candy wrappers, under the bed.

We stayed here while attending the heart concert and the hotel was actually a very nice place. The rooms were very clean nice size, the bathrooms were very clean and sanitary. The beds were comfortable the linen was cleaned not stained up. The Continental breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay there again if ever back in that area.

This hotel isn’t what i thought. I never seen towel as thin as there. The bathroom needs to be remodeled so bad, most the tub and the ceiling look like it had mold on it and was covered up. Breakfast from 7am-10am. Which i missed. For $132 a night, I’ve had way better at a cheaper cost.
