Staybridge Suites Atlanta NE - Duluth by IHG

Disappointing experience overall. There was no free water and not even a place to fill a bottle — when I asked, the front desk just said they sell bottles for $4–$5 each. The main issue was the pet fee. My reservation showed $15 per night, but after checkout I was charged $30 instead and told the policy had changed. The manager said they don’t honor information from third-party bookings (I booked through Google Hotels), where many customers make reservations. Hotels still have responsibility to keep their information updated on major booking platforms to avoid misleading customers. I also couldn’t find a clear pet fee listed on their official website at the time. On the positive side, the location is good and the room was clean, which is why I give five stars for those aspects. My company CROWN Lift Trucks booked myself and others to stay with Staybrige while training in Duluth. From check in the Customer Service was above and beyond excellent. The rooms were well prepared and very clean. The Lobby is very nice , cozy and inviting.. The area is very safe and alot of places to eat / activities very close by. I would strongly recommend anyone that needs a hotel in the area to book with them. I Know when i bring my kids to see the Georgia Aquarium soon . I will book with them. Appreciate the hospitality.

Wanted a quick getaway near home to have some alone time with my hubby while staying close to all the good food and shopping! The Staybridge is in general newer building and the room set up is great including a small kitchen and good size fridge. The service was wonderful between the night we checked in and during the morning. All the staffs we encounter were friendly and courteous! The breakfast selection was not as many as the other Staybridge locations, however, it's good and better than Holliday Express in general as they have yogurt, nuts with fruits. 😋 We really enjoyed this location and plan to visit it again. 👍

I had a fantastic stay]! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the complimentary happy hour. It was such a nice touch - a great selection of drinks and tasty appetizers, perfect for winding down after a long day of training! The staff members Eliana and Calvin were amazing!The atmosphere in the lounge was relaxed and friendly, and the staff were incredibly attentive. This little perk really made my stay feel extra special. I'll definitely be coming back!

The front desk manager, Zana. Was excellent. She was very helpful and always makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. The property location is fine. The AC units are always humming no matter how you set it thus making it difficult to have a true quiet time in the room. Cleaning policy is a bit bizarre. They clean the rooms only once a week. Will I go back there again, probably not, not for the price.
