Positive: The location is great! Right next to moa. Room was clean Negative: The pool and splash pad were so cold we couldn't use them. There were no pool towels available to use. We did not have any shampoo or soap in our room. Had to go find someone to exchange bath towels that were soaked having to use after the artic pool

I wish I had know about the suspicious stain on this pillow before I had slept on it. Furthermore, the chlorine smell in the pool is so strong that my eyes were burning while I was walking through the pool. However, your two options to get to opposite sides of the building are to either cut through the pool or walk all the way to one end of the building. The website says “breakfast,” which is true, but it’s just a Starbucks. It’s not free breakfast, you just don’t have to leave the hotel to pay for breakfast. Other reviews said this change is recent, and the free breakfast was removed. I am curious if they reduced the room rate accordingly. I stayed during January. The area immediately around the Starbucks and lobby is uncomfortably cold. The lighting in the bathrooms is motion control

My family and I stayed at the Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America Area for my daughter’s birthday. I made a poolside room reservation two months in advance specifically for this occasion. However, when we checked in and went to our room, it was not poolside. When I returned to the front desk to ask about it, I was told that their reservation system did not show a poolside room. I showed them my confirmation email clearly stating poolside, and then they told me their manager had changed it. I asked if there would be a price adjustment, and I was told I would receive half off my stay. When I asked how I could be sure that would happen, they responded that they didn’t know because the manager was busy with other things. That did not leave me feeling confident that the adjustment would actu

Our second time staying. We enjoy the open pool , clean room, poolside rooms, friendly staff and their efforts of improving their hotel. We first came when they were under construction and pool area wasn’t cleanest at the time but our second time here the pool area is kept very clean! Close walk to MOA just wish had free breakfast again instead of their cafe.

Everything was fabulous !!! the check in staff was great !!! polite respectful understanding. our shuttle drivers were awesome. Jill Emily were awesome . I will be recommending the Wyndham Bloomington - Mall Of America to family and friends. everything was 100% the rooms were clean every thing was stocked and in order. the pool was clean everyone was so friendly.
