Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - Msp Airport by IHG

I did enjoy the stay. The staff was friendly. I will shout out Terry. He was awesome! He made us feel very welcomed and at home! He was super cheerful made the atmosphere very inviting! Our room was set at a perfect temp. The pool was very clean. I do like our room every morning after we left our beds were made. We drove ourselves around but it was nice to know they did offer shuttle to the mall of america. Id totally stay here again they made our first time booking our own hotel easy and comfortable. I do like we were in view shot of walmart.

Dear Trip Advisor:|We arrived rather late after a midwestern storm had blown in to MSP, during the Thanksgiving travel week. We were exhausted, and needing to rest. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the front desk reception, Ben, were absolutely courteous and professional. They ensured that we had everything needed including toiletries. This is the most spotlessly clean hotel we have ever stayed at. The front reception, dining area, hallways, elevator and room were absolutely top notch. There was not a speck of dirt or grime anywhere. Our bed sheets, and carpet were also spotless. We slept so well in this quiet hotel. The hot breakfast was absolutely delicious. The next day our shuttle driver took extra time to ensure we could find our way back to our gate at the MSP airport.

Being treated with two friendly faces, who were comfortable engaging, brought together a good start for great expectations. Parking was readily available and although the snow was everywhere, the overhead cover at the entrance was greatly appreciated. Being elderly, the walkway from parking was safe enough. Our room was on the 5th floor and it had a very pleasant atmosphere. A blend of comfort and clean wrapped up in neat. Best of all our bed was very comfortable, which is very important to us as we are light sleepers. No noise, no interruptions, all fixtures working and a thoughtful and reasonable, comfortable temperature was set prior to our arrival. We were able to relax and rest. Also the shuttle from the airport and also to the Mall of America, along with the free delicious breakf

Without about one of my worst hotel experiences, with maybe the exception of a $35 a night hotel in downtown Cairo, Egypt. A mattress that made the floor seem comfortable. Blinds that even when fully drawn allowed in so much light that you could read a book. The circus elephants above me that decided to clomp around at 6 a.m. certainly didn't help things. And not a clock to be found in the hotel room which meant when you woke up at night you needed to fumble for your glasses, turn on your phone, blind yourself to find out what time it was. Only to find out that it's 4:30 in the morning and somebody above you is moving a table across the floor evidently. Highly recommend you stay elsewhere.

Positive: Location was perfect. Close to airport and Mall of America. Breakfast was very good. Negative: There wasn't a coffee maker in the room which I really missed. I enjoy coffee throughout the dat
