At the hotel, check-in is efficient and rooms are always clean. The gym has a good selection of cardio equipment, free-weights, adjustable benches, and a few machines. There is a nice, heated lap-pool and jacuzzi. Elite members get access to a lounge with food and drinks. Above average, for sure, but what really sets them apart is their amazing service.. I've been staying at this hotel for the past few months and have found the experience with the staff here to be efficient and professional, as one would expect. When given the opportunity to show how far above and beyond they will go, though, they truly shine. The first indication of this is the note guests get from their Director of Operations, Matt, before even arriving. Matt responds to eMails quickly and in a personal manner. I left

The hotel was clean with ample parking. The lounge was nice but had very minimal snacks/drinks in comparison to most Marriott hotel lounges. At one point there was not even bottled water available which I find to be odd but not a deal breaker. As Marriott Titanium status they did automatically upgrade our room to a larger one which is always a pleasant surprise. The pool is large but quite cool. My elementary age child found it to be too cold to swim in but enjoyed the hot tub. The entire hotel was very clean which to me is the #1 priority.

Positive: It smelled good and the gym/pool/hot tub were very nice. Negative: They could do a better job of stocking and re-stocking supplies (ex. One caffeine coffee pod per room).

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, so I was surprised by how different things were this time. Unfortunately, housekeeping was a real disappointment. My room wasn’t cleaned the first night, and on the second night the dirty cups—three days’ worth—were left untouched. When I asked at reception, I was simply handed a card and told that room refreshes no longer include removing used items. It felt unusual and, frankly, not very clean for a hotel of this standard. On a positive note, the rooms themselves are large, modern, and comfortable. The gym is average in size but open 24/7, which is convenient. The bar and restaurant area is nicely done, and the waiter I interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Overall, the facilities are good, but the housekeeping

The lobby is nice. Rooms are nice. Very cold. The vent blows cold air constantly and the walls are freezing. Not impressed at all with the staff. They don’t acknowledge you. We are on the club level and when asked about the lounge we were just told it was closed. No explanation no apology. Additionally the restaurant is closed. This is a hotel, typically you would have access to these services. They did not plow the driveway or parking lot. Access was challenging and you had to wade through snow when you get out of the car. It’s a very slippery walk. Not a place I would stay again. We come to MN a few times a year, there are plenty of other options to stay.
