Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Bloomington

Was going to stay here for a wedding.||||Check in - not great the agent had to go back to the back office 3 times to check on things., Got my room. room OK||Decided to go to the hot tub that was on the website and in pictures at the time of booking. The hot tub has been closed and filed in, although the signs are still up for it in the pool area. ||||There happened to be federal agents staying at the hotel. Beginning in early evening they were driving through the parking lot, honking their horns, etc. I'm not going to get in to personal feelings about the current climate, but the hotel should have hired security or off duty police officers.||||as i was getting ready to go to the reception, i heard SEVERAL gunshots, along with more honking and screaming.. I decided to pack my stuf

This is my second time staying here. Staff was great, room was great, even got housekeeping while we were gone at the mall. Only issue I had was finding out that the hot tub was removed since last time here. Booked the hotel on Expedia because it said there was a hot tub, but there wasn’t. Other than that all was well. Just bummed there was no hot tub.

On Monday i was staying at this location. Due to short staff my room wasn't available. I completely understand and was just thankful to get a room. I would like to say that Rebecca to front desk clerk wassi helpful in accommodating me with another room and went beyond the call of duty of making sure was ok with the change. She really felt bad about the situation. She made whatever she could happen to accommodate my stay. Shes an excellent example of great customer service and deserving of recognition. Thank you so much and thanks for the cupcakes!!

Rebecca at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, kind, and so professional. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all of our questions with patience, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Her positive attitude and genuine smile made such a difference in our stay. The hotel is lucky to have her — thank you, Rebecca, for the exceptional service! 💛

Positive: I'm not really sure Negative: The photos show a hot tub and it has been covered over. The hotel is under construction, the view out of my window was construction stuff. It was okay, but the pillows were uncomfortable/flat. Could have been cleaner in my opinion.
