Staybridge Suites Minneapolis-Bloomington by IHG

I stayed here for five nights and enjoyed my stay. |Kathryn at front desk was great! She checked in via text twice during my day and responded quickly to a minor issue I brought up.||On another occasion I brought up to staff that there was dirt being tracked in the stairway and onto the landing area of the carpet and it was taken care of by the time I got back a couple hours later.||The room, one bedroom, was nicely laid out. Bath vanity nightlight is a nice touch. Nice, hot water too. |It was really cool to have two types of pillows on the bed and the pillowcases actually tell you if they’re firm or soft. Bed was very comfortable. I found the room to be quiet other than a little road noise.|In the little kitchen, it would be nice to have something other than powdered creamer for coffe

Great place to stay at. Very clean and nice suites. Decent size pool, good size hot tub, has complimentary laundry for guests, breakfast and Mon-Wed dinner style appetizers between certain hours. Overall great place to stay at. Decent workout area as well.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, Customer service was 5*****, pool and hot tub were extra clean, rooms were well appointed and very nice! The staff were amazing, especially Devin at the Front Desk who goes over and beyond in excellent customer service.

The outdoor area was under construction the entire time we were there. The gym is small and combined with a laundry room. However, the gym has plenty of free weights, a couple of treads and ellipticals, as well as an incline bench, some medicine balls and additional stuff. The laundry is free, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast layout was a little crowded but had a pretty good variety. Overall not a bad stay. No real issues. Just wish the the amenities had been little more available
