Radisson Blu Mall of America

Getting the executive room was nice because the lounge with snacks and drinks. Upon checking in was told pool was under renovation. Nowhere on the website did it say that. Got the room there to go to Nickelodeon then go swimming for my sons birthday. Kinda bs. You should discount rooms since that's an amenitie people look forward to. They did offer a shuttle to bring across the street to another hotel to use pool there.

We loved this hotel! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was updated, well kept, had comfortable bedding and most importantly it was clean. The atmosphere and decor of the entire hotel was welcoming and made us feel good. Being attached to the Mall of America was a bonus because it gave us a lot to do while we had a day between our trip and our flight home. We also appreciated the free shuttles to the airport. Great hotel!

We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday. Girls night at the hotel and shop at MOA. Madeline checked us it - they are amazing! Super nice, super helpful. I've actually stayed here before and meant to write a review about Madeline last time we stayed. Truly appreciate them making our experience genuine.

We first visited in March of 2025. I must say the location was fantastic as it is attached to the MOA. Very convenient when you have children! The restaurants were also very tasty! We had some unexpected "drawings" etched into our mirrors. I promptly let the front desk know and they offered to change rooms. I then received an email from the manager apologizing and offering us a free on night stay, which I thought was really wonderful. He cared about us and was not interested in ignoring the negative drawings instead he took care of it! We will be going back in February and are very excited! We are grateful for excellent customer service!

Parking is a nightmare! Be prepared to pay through the nose. My partner got stuck in the elevator and he now is afraid of elevators. The rooms are mediocre and do not reflect the price we paid. Room service is not great. Hours aren't great and the food offerings are bougie (read weird and expensive). The shower has only half a door, so we both froze and flooded the bathroom. I do not like rainfall showerheads, either. Half my body doesnt get clean in those. The heat turned off every time we left the room, so we returned to a cold room every time we left (it is winter in MN). The view was beautiful, tho. We went to dinner in the mall and were locked out of the hotel. We had to walk outside with no coats in 20-degree weather to get back to the hotel. It seems that simply requiring guests to
