I arrived at this hotel and was greeted by a very personable lady. She made me feel that I was a valued guest. I asked about dinner recommendations and mentioned going to the Mall of America. She confirmed that I could get a meal there but recommended a restaurant nearby. Great recommendation. Once I got to my room, I found a very clean room and nice accommodations. Even though this location was very close to the airport, it was not noisy. Breakfast was well stocked and there were many choices.

TownePlace suites was close to our activities in Minneapolis this weekend. We had a very nice room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding. Would stay here again

Only con: at night you can hear a plane taking off every 3 minutes so it’s very hard to fall asleep. also wifi didn’t really work at all but I just used cellular data. Pros: nothing feels cheap or used. literally the best breakfast bar of any hotel I’ve been in. Like 7 different jars off stuff for your oatmeal like cinnamon, brown sugar, coconut, etc. tasty, fresh croissant breakfast sandwiches. bathrooms are excellent. Room layout is very smart. Beds are very comfortable. Towels are great.

I didn’t stay at this hotel, even though I tried to pay for a room. but my experience with the overnight staff was honestly frightening. It was early in the morning, –18° outside, absolutely freezing, my phone was dead, and nothing else nearby was open. All I wanted to do was charge my phone for five minutes so I could order an Uber back to my hotel. I tried to explain this, but the staff member dismissed me immediately and told me to leave without even listening. I then offered to buy a room, showed my credit card, and explained again that I was freezing and just needed a few minutes inside to get a ride. He refused, told me there were no rooms available (which wasn’t true — I later checked online and rooms were available), and sent me away again. Because the cold was dangerous, I briefly

It's a nice hotel for the price. The rooms were very clean and remodeled. The bed was comfortable. The rooms had a mini kitchenette with dishes, refrigerator, microwave, one cup coffee maker and a mini range. There's free breakfast and beverages such as coffee, tea, water and apple cider. It's family friendly and all the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Their wheelchair accessible room was very nice. There was a nice desk area to work from with free wifi, which was helpful.
