WorldMark Phoenix - South Mountain Preserve

We checked in and we're ambushed by the concierge to book a sales pitch. After some pressure we agreed to reimbursement of my fees if we listened to the pitch. The next day just before we were to leave to attend the pitch we were called and told they were canceling. We had adjusted our day and they left of us hanging. No offer to reschedule. Then the first room we were given we couldnt get the garage door to work so I had to go back to the front desk. They said maintenance would meet us. After waiting for awhile, we unloaded at the curb and I parked away from the unit and hiked back. Once we got up the stairs, we asked for a bottom floor and were rudely told we got what we got. Opened the door and it smelled like musty old crotch. Called downstairs and were told they would call back When

Stayed here for 17 nights in November. Definitely more positives then negatives. Location cannot be beat, overlooking the South Mountain Landscape, quiet and tranquil. Its really close the Baseline and the I10, minutes from Arizona Mills shopping mall, countless other restaurants and shopping. Its close enough to be highly convenient to everything but far enough away its quiet. We stayed in Building 7 that does not have garages (Where Maintenance and Housekeeping is located), we honestly never heard them in 17 days other then once or twice cleaning a room here and there for a brief period of time. Parking for us was no issue, but I can see if the resort was booked that there definitely could be some shuffling involved. Unit itself was a great layout with 2 Beds/2 Bathrooms, as is reported

We stayed at the WordMark Phoenix for 7 days and The resort was central to everything that we did. Everything in the units was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and extremely accomidating to all of our needs. There are great walking trails very close by. The pools were very clean and and a perfect temperature. Thank you WorldMark Phoenix for a wonderful week!

This World Mark location has been hit and miss for us. Great for my wife the last time she was hear and the staff went out of their way to help her. This time for me housekeeping didn't respond to my requests until the last day... the front desk did everything they could. The great thing about this location are the garages for each unit! It is quiet here unless you get a rude neighbor.

Stayed here with friends during the first week of Feb 2026. Nice place and it was extremely quiet!! You walk into the South mountain hiking trails from the parking lot. So if you like to hike, this is a must??
