Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport

Besides this being a great location and a cool hotel in general, I’d like to make note of the front desk manager. She was exceptional in regards to accommodating myself and treating others well. I witnessed it firsthand and even in seemingly unrelated areas like the restaurants where she was serving others. Easy 5 stars, and wish I had some more time to stay here.

The value for this place is remarkable. It is a full 3-star hotel experience under $150/night for us around Christmastime. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is just right; the way it should be. The rooms are clean and orderly and have all the things I expect in a standard 3-star hotel. WiFi is easy to get onto. Breakfast is frictionless. The hotel bar/restaurant has all the comfort foods for when you just need a meal not a culinary experience. Everything is clean, tidy, and plentiful.||It's one of those things where everything just works. No little things that bug you or get in the way. ||I happened upon Drury having never even heard of them before I needed a one night hotel for the family in Phoenix. Such a nice place and a great experience. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing and so helpful with all my questions and needs. Kudos to Alex at the Kitchen and Bar, he went above and beyond with great service and friendly chit chat for an out of owner. I have never stayed at a Drury before, but I will definitely try others because of how great this one was.

This is an amazing hotel! The front desk was so nice. The room was clean and spacious with amazing air circulation. The view from the room was lovely. The pool and hot tub area was great with plenty of lounging areas. Dinner and breakfast service went off without a hitch. The bartender was also fantastic. We look forward to coming back to this location in the future!
