Our stay at AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The first thing that struck us was the immaculate cleanliness. Every inch of the hotel, from the lobby to the elevators to our guest room, felt pristine and thoughtfully maintained. The room itself was spotless, fresh, and beautifully designed in that sleek, modern AC style. Crisp linens, gleaming fixtures, a bathroom that sparkled, you could feel the care taken by the housekeeping team in every detail. It’s the kind of clean that allows you to fully relax. The staff elevated the experience even further. Check in was seamless and welcoming, handled by front desk professionals who were not only efficient but genuinely warm. They answered questions with ease, offered helpful suggestions, and made us feel

First time guest and pleasantly surprised by the overall design and first impression of the Hotel. Reception (and other) staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable of the area, and welcoming from the beginning of my stay through to checkout. The bar was a fun and inviting atmosphere to post up for a quick drink, or socialize with the staff and other guests if you choose. The Appetizer and Breakfast menus had creative and very tasteful options exceeding my expectation of a hotel dining experience. Rooms were elegant and clean and I especially liked the more modern look and feel of the overall space. The bed was very comfortable and there was excellent shower water pressure. All things that go a long way in my stays. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and experience and will certainly return for

Hotel is super new and contemporary. Do lobby is welcoming and rooms are in excellent shape. Nice bar in the center of the lobby as well. Plenty of restaurants and/or shopping within walking distance. But it is on Camelback Road and rooms facing that street hear loud cars/traffic most of the night. Also the air conditioning is super load when running which I wouldn’t expect from a brand new hotel. So the traffic and air conditioning made sleep a challenge for me. If I stayed again I would ask for a room on the non busy street side.

We come here every year for a company Christmas party and this year it was different. My favorite parts about the hotel are the lavender bags that you get at night in the lobby, the Christmas tree, and outside patio. This year, there were no lavender bags, the bar seemed to be not open on a Friday night and the patio seemed to be closed off as well. The TVs at the bar were off and the bar tender was not in the bar but around the back of it and seemed to be scrolling on her phone. The doors to the patio weren’t open and the heat lamps weren’t on. It did not seem inviting at all and seemed more like they wanted no one hanging out down there. I am used to seeing the bartender opening the doors and setting the mood. The Christmas tree was not up this year either. When I went to take a shower,

BEWARE if you stay here: But just don’t. On behalf of a Marriott Bonvoy member and new credit card owner….I am now too embarrassed and ashamed to be a part of this so called “exclusive benefits club.” I stayed at this hotel as my first purchase and boy was that the worst decision I ever made. Female in her 40s with brown long hair clerk initials JLB? Working on 2/21 between 2-8 pm with her matching brown jacket was super distasteful and unfriendly. As soon as I checked in and went up to the hotel - I was shocked that as I was undressing a housekeeper walked in on me in my own hotel room not knowing that the room had already been occupied….BTW I checked in at 2 pm and only until 630 pm I was only literally in the hotel for a total of 1 hour. I then began receiving multiple calls both on my
