Stayed multiple nights here and was very disappointed, especially given the price point. There were a few positives (gym and lounge are nice), but overall cleanliness and service fell far below expectations. Common areas had overflowing trash, no paper towels in the bathrooms, and the coffee station was unusable because it hadn’t been maintained. The most serious issue was discovering a used sex toy inside the washer in my private room. That is a major sanitation failure and indicates the unit was not properly inspected or cleaned between guests. Even more concerning was the lack of urgency or follow-up after reporting it. I was never contacted by a manager, and the overnight staff appeared disorganized and dismissive. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it was a health and cleanliness issue.

My stay here was great! The location was perfect. I attended a concert with the venue being a 10 min walk from the building. Staff was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and spacious enough for me. Will definitely stay here again!

I was surprised by the incredible kitchenette in the room. It included a very large refrigerator, full size stove with an oven, and a dishwasher. The bathroom was very spacious especially the shower. The bed was a bit odd. The headboard was more like a sideboard because the bed’s length did not extend from the headboard but along side of the headboard. This is fine for one person using the bed but would be problematic for a second person lying next to this sideboard-headboard. Since I was alone, it was fine. The 32 inch television was on the wall above the desk which was an extension of the kitchen counter. A chair was at the desk which was the only seat in the room. In most hotel rooms I have been in, the bed or a sofa or loveseat was across from the tv. Not so in this room. The room was

Beautiful, clean, newly built rooms with really friendly, communicative staff. Beautiful bathrooms, super spacious and great amenities. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this as an alternative to a hotel, as you will essentially have an apartment rather than a small hotel room!

Checking in is an odd procedure. I had to be let into the building, proceed to the third floor and check in in a break room. The rooms are unlocked with a fob, but that fob does not have your room number on it. I actually went into a room that wasn’t mine accidentally. Doors do not automatically lock! You have to manually lock them from the inside or by scanning your lock in the hall and then turning the lock to lock it. This procedure was not initially explained to me, and could be a huge safety risk, as people will assume that doors automatically lock from the outside like a normal hotel room. There is a large unhoused population around this hotel and at times I felt unsafe. The carpet was covered in dirty foot prints in the bedroom and a Cheeto was found next to my bed. Overall it w
