I have a very mixed review about this hotel. It’s extremely nice. Well kept, clean. Staff are super friendly. Amenities are great. We are staying over a course of six full days. And most of the days have been full of kids running around. As me and my boyfriend are 20 years old, we are restricted to what hotels we can stay at. This was one of the few in Phoenix we could stay at that was actually nice, but it was full of Little kids, and even people our own age who would run up and down the hallway, screaming at night. We tried to use the pool and hot tub, but it was crowded with The little kids in the hot tub and the water literally looked green compared to the regular pool. The breakfast was amazing every single day, but again all the kids running around and laying all over the couches, ma

**Beware if booking through a 3rd party site or need any help from the front desk staff** We booked our vacation through Expedia and upgraded to a king room with sofa and kitchenette. When we checked into we got a king room, but not sofa and no kitchenette. We paid extra for these amenities, but the hotel was sold out. The photos also advertised a large shower, but we got put into a handicap room with a tiny shower with a fabric shower curtain (nothing like the photos on the website). The front desk does not care at all, the manager would not even come out of the office to talk to us. We counted on cooking and eating in the room and could not do this because we had just a fridge, not even a microwave. The pool was nice, but very cold (it says heated online). Also the lobby smells very b

We just returned home after spending a full week at the Element Phoenix North Norterra and we can’t stop raving to friends and family about how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! First, the staff are all incredibly friendly and hard working. Every single facility (multiple restrooms, kitchen, dining areas, pool, lobby etc) were kept meticulous. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay on the Element side was AMAZING! The chefs make a new fresh breakfast item each day (pancakes, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, eggs to name a few of the breakfasts we had) and they offer a selection of fruit, coffee bagels etc as well. The AC lounge also offered fantastic meals and were plated nicely. The pool area was always kept tidy, with comfortable lounge chairs and a waiter

Great hotel. The rooms here were perfect for our family. Got upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, nice size fridge, microwave, etc. Hot breakfast made each morning was delicious. Pool / hot tub area was amazing, felt like a resort. Jcie at the Bar is a gem. She would go out of her way with the kids, help them with s'mores each night, just a fantastic person!

The overall experience of this hotel was great. The gym and golf swing sets are nice, the dining and bar area are great, and plenty of room for seating. Staff members were awesome. We stayed in a double queen room and it was excellent, had a mini stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishes and cups for 4, a small office table, a 3-4 person couch, plenty of closet space, which also has a safe. The courtyard area is nice, as well as the pool, which happenss to be a heated pool, and they also have 3 private pool lounge areas with plenty of space for seating outside and poolside.
