Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley

We really enjoyed staying here. We had a king suite on the top floor corner and never heard a sound from neighbors. Plenty of hot water, nice clean rooms, and every staff member was just lovely to talk to. The breakfast was simple but ample and very tasty for what it was. It was the evening amenities that really put the place over the top though: free bar drinks and free dinner every night. I expected it to be pretty sad food, but it was actually tasty as well. We only stayed in for taco night, but it had enough flavor that even a vegetarian like me could enjoy it. And the $5 dessert was also very pleasant. The berry galette was excellent. And our bartender was just wonderful. The only complaints I have are very minor. The smoke alarms in our rooms flashed a green light every few seconds.

The Drury Inn in Happy Valley was wonderful. The whole family slept so good on their comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious & hot. The hot tub was relaxing & our 3 yr old had a great time in the warm pool. The customer service was the cherry on top of this wonderful location. Great job to everyone from check in to the pool area t ok the breakfast in the morning. The one working elevator was the only issue. Took awhile just to get to & from the room. Otherwise its a great place to stay & customer service was FANTASTIC!

Positive: Clean and quiet. Good parking. The parking lot appeared to be very safe with no persons hanging out. Breakfast was more than adequate. We were not around for the afternoon pick me up in the lobby with food and drinks but looked great. Recommended. Negative: It suited our needs perfectly.

Whenever we come to Phoenix to visit family we stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Happy Valley. The rooms very clean, the beds comfortable and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The property offers a free buffet breakfast, a welcome happy hour which comes with a buffet and three free drinks and an onsite restaurant with a full bar. Very convenient so you don't have to leave the hotel for meals. It's also in a great location - an easy drive to north and west communities in Phoenix.||We stayed at the property Sunday night and I inadvertently booked the wrong room type for my elderly mother. I'm very grateful for Karin (one of the managers) who immediately got us switched to the correct room. Karin was so kind and great at making hotel guests feel comfortable and appreciated.

This place is Amazing! Royal treatment and you feel pampered all around. The staff is incredible and takes pride in their work. Breakfast crew, cleaning ladies, evening meal and drinks staff, front desk (Tess) made our stay one to remember. I want to thank Drury for getting together such an awesome team. We were here 3 days and will return every time we can. You cant go wrong with booking a Drury. Happy to meet Tess, front desk lady that started it all. Thank you for caring and see you soon.
