I've been here for a week and they refuse to exchange my dirty towels for clean ones and they refuse to exchange my dirty linens for clean linens. As a matter of fact I was told by the front desk to wash my dirty towels and linen with my own money which I would have no problem doing if they were my own personal items. At check-in I was provided with one roll of toilet paper that was a week ago and today I was refused a roll of toilet paper and informed that I needed to pay a dollar per roll. But there are signs posted in the hallway stating they will provide fresh and clean linens all I need to do is ask the front desk whenever I feel I need fresh towels and linens. That's completely false advertisement.

Much better than what I expected, staff are friendly, I was living in the area when this place was being built. I actually thought, after all these years, this place would be bad. It was my last resort, however, I rented a double bed room for my two sons and I, it was easy for us to settle in. Pros Comfortable, Cons have to go out and smoke in my car. Elevator, locked door, main entrance but no designated smoking area such as a bench or ash tray. SS2212018 👌

The location: The area is low income. So the people and neighborhood amenities that go with upscale dining and shopping are not available. As expected, you'll find the features of the area and its people to make up a good variety of everything else. The staff & services: The people who work here are friendly and helpful. They do what they can to make the place as great a value as possible. The room: Smallish, dingy and sparse, but the best prices around for long-term lodging.

Our room had a funky smell. They charge you for daily linen change. They charged us $40 because my son accidentally spilled his juice on the sheets and said they were damaged. We ultimately left because it’s not a place for children.
