WoodSpring Suites Colonial Heights Fort Lee

Got here and TY was amazing. She is the shining light of this particular location. The pictures posted online are misleading ad some of the rooms are TERRIBLE. Ty did her best to help all the guess that checked in the same time we did. She, like I said is amazing and deserves a raise for all her hard work and dedication she has for the patriots and the establishment. The first room we received had no working heat. TY immediately reviewed the situation and helped us get another room. The second room we could not get into the door just wouldn’t open Ty checked it and placed us in another room. The final room floor was dirty. Managed to wipe up some of the stuff on the floor and just elected to keep slides on. Finally took a shower and went to get something to eat was locked out the door alo

I love this place, sounding areas and Walmart is not far away along with restaurants. The customer service rep name TY showed great hospitality and accommodated me and all my employees with 5 great rooms and by far this is one of the best places I’ve been too with no problems.

My experience was alright. The carpet floor was a little sticky feeling under my feet and the room smelled like smoke. It seemed clean everywhere else though! Hand soap was not included in the room, which I thought was weird to not have included. Guest service could have been better. They didn’t seem too enthusiastic when greeting me or when sharing my concerns about the room. The location was in a good area and parking lot was well lit at night. This place gave one price then gave another price more money, I won't recommend because it felt like pure robbery, we left and had paid for another night, they didnt want to give us bk our full payment, we had to call corporate to get it, some of the staff was rude to me, speaking to you like you're dumb when they don't have proper training, the Manager gave attitude off the bat, then acted like I gave attitude first. Horrible experience I would never spend any money here ever again.

if i could put a 0 for the service I would. the staff was nice but 1 and her name is Ty. I stayed there a couple of times since she been working there it seem like it went down with customer service. She is so rude and unprofessional. Everybody complains on her. I left because #1 the elevator been out for months and they don't know when it's going to work again. And #2 the front worker Ty is HORRIBLE!!! I am going to the news because i know people who been there for years and about to leave because of the conditions there now.
