Colonial Inn

Made reservation due to cottage water leak, we booked beach front. We called at 1130 to see if was ready it was. We get there and was not ocean front and was moved to apartment style where all we could see was parking lot of the pier. So we then fin out there was a sewage problem and he called this morning, we did not receive a call or message. So we got a refund later in the week we find out that they actually charged us the extra 170+ for the apartment style room which we did not reserve . My recommendation is to stay any where but here not only is it being managed shady but not up to par for what you pay either. Renovations .......just paint ant flooring is not renovated stay away of this place.

Worst place to ever go they have mold and do not do anything its a cheap place to live if you're ready to die but please do not move in here its a bad place and do not like couples or single people there are rude and disrespectful and do not check on the rooms and they also have drug dealers and drunks and crack heads selling and no one will step and say anything

Great staff..insured a very comfy stay..made me feel right at home..extremely helpful

Visiting someone. Its okay. Pretty safe from what I'm told. 1 large room, a close and bath.

The owner is great and will try his best to accommodate you.
