Hilton Garden Inn Richmond South/Southpark

What a lovely location for the Hilton Garden Inn. Shanicka was a wonderful host and helped with a very efficient check in and support of a few of our needs during our stay. Loved her hospitality. The hotels rooms are spacious and relaxing. Very close to a lot of restaurants however they have their own on site Resturant and Bar. We used the beautiful exercise room. Enjoy your next stay here.

We stay here annually for the Virginia State University homecoming and I have to say that the upgrades are very nice. Hotel is clean, quiet and well maintained although housekeeping is extremely slow and our room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after the 3PM checkin, which is the reason I only gave 3 stars. Every associate that I interfaced with was extremely friendly, but seemed to be handicapped by the housekeeping problem, especially when the hotel is near capacity. So, best advice is pack your patience!

Positive: The rooms were nice and the walk in shower was very nice considering the fact that I am disabled! Negative: The first room we stayed a big cockroach was in our room the first and second day we were there! They gave us a different room but the woman up front acted like she had an attitude! If I paid my money then it shouldn't be a problem!

I’ve been traveling to Richmond for several months for work and have tried several other hotels near my work site. I chose this location as it was the best option, Anthony is consistently there at check in, pleasant, helpful and efficient. Dining area staff always great. Rooms are great, gym is really nice-love the bigger spaces! Done with my travel to this area, but appreciate the hospitality.

Best stay for the money in the area!!!! I've been traveling to the area monthly for 3 years and have stayed at hotels all around the area. I've stayed at this Hilton approximately 10 times, I have no real complaints. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is great and always accommodating!
