Mr.&Mrs Kim are the BEST! They've treated me like a respected family friend for 35 years! Don't expect amenities. Old, and peaceful! Great full- timers! It's their home, so respect that and you might leave with a great new friend!

Can someone please tell me what time(s) I can speak to someone in the office about getting an affordable monthly room? I see the phone number listed which rarely gets answered and no one seems to be in the front area which is also locked on the outside. May I please get the weekly and monthly rates? Also who I can talk to and the times? Thank you.

Sometimes in life, you just need a safe place and neighbors who are willing to help in a time of need. Ms. Kim will always be above a beyond 5 Stars in my family's eyes.

I know somwone who lives there. Driveway and Parking area needs paving bad. Units are small and very limited regarding living space. Quiet place. No central air. Tiny kitchen. The place has a shabby appearance outside.
