Comfort Suites Southpark

The experience there was really good. Our room had 2 beds and 1 sofa. Sofa could turn into a bad. The breakfast was really good you can pick of a lot of things. Also it had alot of great places to make photos. I really liked that place and reccomend you going there.

I was charged a "surprise" $10 per car, per day parking fee. The manager justified the charge by saying "it's on the web site". Well, I'm at home and looked at the website and it's not there. I guess it might be in a "hidden" spot. The hotel has lots of parking in the front and back, the hotel is not in an urban area, there's no underground parking to justify the fee. It's just an ordinary parking lot so the undisclosed fee is not justified.|The rooms were adequate and common areas were ok. | In the evening the lobby and elevator areas smell like marijuana. |To be fair, staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Room was NOT clean. All surfaces were dirty and sticky. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, particularly in the bathroom. Mattress protector was covered in nasty yellow stains. Bathroom floors were sticky. Never once saw any cleaning staff during our stay. Staff were smoking in front of the main doors causing the lobby to smell of smoke. We were with a group or I never would have stayed here. DISGUSTING.

Easy access off the highway. Rooms and hallways were clean. Unfortunately, I checked out before breakfast so I’m not able to comment on that. Very convenient sheets across the street within walking distance to the hotel. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.I

I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my travels. Unfortunately in this day and age hospitality no longer exist in the hotel industry however, this Comfort Suites offers the closest service to it. The staff is professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable of services and restaurants near by and service you with a smile. It's worth the stay.
