Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Colonial Heights - Fort Gregg-Adams

Checked in a few weeks ago with my family after a terrible stay at a previous hotel. I was checked in by a sweet woman Courtney. She made me and family feel at home right away she went out of her way to help us feel at home our whole visit there Will definitely come back because of her service , paitence and kindness ! We all had great experience at esa thanks to her 4 everything

yall!! im here to tell you.. Demetrius was the Goat! Hooked me up w vape charger! All the girlies at the front desk looked out! The staff here are lowkey the Hotel vibe! “Extended stay” should be called “Extended Family”! My Bed was soft and cozy too yall! js! Bible! Best mattress! Clean room….Towels…. Good shower pressure… all round clean!! And i’m OCD!!

It not my first time at ESA but the bathroom are always nasty l have been to other ESA property that is much cleaner. Like the bed frame head looks it hasn't been cleaned for a while even the lamp by the bed was nasty l had to always take cleaning products with me l hope they monitor their staff and double check if they don't change l won't be staying their for my business trips. I want to switch rooms but they are always full place can be old but if it clean then it fine for the price and cleaning quality it not worth it

This was a very nice place to stay. Check in was easy. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. It was quiet and I slept well. I knew as soon as we walked in the door that we were in good hands. The breakfast was basic but enough to start the day right.

It is clean and the bed was comfy. The floor was sticky and dirty when wiped with a rag. You can see where something was smeared on it. For over $100 per night they should have eggs and sausage at least for breakfast. That breakfast bar is a slap in the mouth. I can get better breakfast at a gas station register.
