Delta Hotels Colonial Heights

Sadly the towels here are nasty. Ive stayed here multiple times and every time I get 2-4 towels with mystery spots on them. The pantry is nice but they keep the exact same selection each time kind of boring, it would be nice to see a change.

I walked into the hotel and the lobby smelled good, and it had music on. The hotel is very modern. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and kind. When we entered the room it smelled good and everything in general was really good and clean. I really enjoyed my stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott. I would come back here. I stayed at the Delta for three weeks and had a great experience overall. The housekeeping, lobby, and bar staff were excellent. The hotel even provided snow brushes for guests to clean off their cars during a winter storm, which was very thoughtful. Special shout-out to Ms. Star at the bar—always a great time. Downsides were having only one washer and dryer, and no breakfast buffet or complimentary breakfast. Some nights, the kitchen cook closed earlier than posted hours. For those attending military training, if you’re okay with those cons, this hotel is in a great central location close to the base and all necessities.

4 nights . Clean simple room and clean crisp bed sheets. Clean bathroom with removable shower head which I like. I gave 3 starts because the bed, rather the mattress was very uncomfortable for me. Too soft and bending my spine so much gave me a back ache next days. I had no breakfast included in my stay but when I asked for hot water, the lady was nice and pleasant giving me two cups of it. The location was convenient for me. Next time probably would try another hotel hoping for a better bed.
