WHOLE Family - Oak Park

I had a really unfortunate experience at this hostel. I booked earlier in the day through Expedia and was promised check-in instructions via email within 30 minutes. Despite contacting them multiple times that evening, I received no response. The instructions finally arrived at 1:00 AM, leaving me stranded outside for over an hour in the middle of the night. Once inside, the experience did not improve. Other guests were extremely rude, yelling at me and making me feel uncomfortable. The bunk beds were child-sized, and I ended up having to rest in a living room recliner. On top of that, the restroom was dirty, and I saw cockroaches in the shower area.
