Customer Reviews
Staff has been very fair and nice, rooms are old and some things need repaired or replaced, but everything worked, they have refrigerators microwaves. blow dryers in bathroom for your hair and they have large TVs with expanded cable. rooms are clean and for my budget it's perfect.
I stayed here for one night because I was having trouble finding a hotel for an affordable rate. The key card would not work, so the desk clerk had to come open my door. The room was old and in need of paint and repair. Wires were exposed. The bed was not comfortable. I was not offered a remote for the box TV, but I was tired and just wanted sleep. The WI-FI worked well and the water for shower was hot (although it took awhile for it to get hot). When I checked in at approximately 8:00 pm, the desk clerk was somewhat nice to be considering the customers that he dealt with previously. However, when I check out the following morning, the desk clerk was RUDE. She could not take her eyes off of her phone to help me with check out. She finally went to check my room to see if I would get a r
The first room I was given was in rough condition; paint missing off the walls, broken stuff in a closet, and smelled heavily of smoke. I went to the office to make sure they were aware that the room smelled like smoke before I got there (to make sure I wouldn't be charged) and they gave me a new room. The new room was much nicer and very satisfactory for me. Hot water in the shower, decent selection of cable channels, nice desk and chair, and everything seemed pretty clean.
The most disgusting hotel I have ever attempted to stay. Walls were visibly dirty with filth. Chair in room was also visibly soiled. Bed was cringe worthy. It was filled with dirt, crumbs and hair! Short beard like hair and long hair. Had to leave in the middle of the night after about forty minutes of being there with no refund. I have pictures and videos.
Place was a little expensive for 1 night $140, but I needed a room late and right away and they made it work even though they were fully booked. Also since I checked in late night they let me stay till 415 the next day with no extra charge. Was clean and tidy and great customer service from the owner and his wife.the only thing is the microwave didn't have a plug close to it so I had to move it to plug it in and use it but I am not picky. The only thing that maybe they could change was the price and the microwave issue other than that they were very helpful and had no issues. Would recommend for the customer service and understanding. Thanks Chris C.
