Waynesboro North 340 Campground

Stayed Memorial Day weekend. Friendly clean campground. No Wifi. Water in the bathhouse was warm at best. Band playing in the pavilion on Saturday night played from 7-11pm. You could sing along with the band from anywhere in the campground it was so loud. To top it off, the camper next to us was power washed by a hired company at 7:30 Sunday morning! So much for quiet hours. ||Good stop off I-81 but don’t expect hot water or a decent night’s sleep especially on a Holiday weekend.

We were greeted as first time campers at the last minute to enjoy the fall colors and family in the area. The bathrooms were clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The campgrounds are beautiful and well cared for. The only draw back in my opinion is that there was no WiFi and a marginal signal for cell phone use. I think they’re working on improving that in the future. It was actually a very nice experience for us and I highly recommend it. 😊

Friendly, helpful staff that treat you like family. Our campsite was level and shaded. The hook-ups were very accessible. The roads through the campground are nice for biking or walking. Cell a nd internet service is excellent for being a mountainous area. We have stayed here several years and it has become our home away from home.

Campground was very accommodating and the pull through site provided easy access. Dan was fantastic at check in and check out, very welcoming. The bathhouse was always clean and offered a nice hot shower after hiking on various trails. We had never been to the area, but truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others!

We’re have been in this area for my husbands work several times. Waynesboro 340 is a great park to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s maintained well and safe. We would definitely stay again when in the area.
