Heritage Hill Bed and Breakfast

We only spent one night in this house, but EVERYTHING WAS SO FANTASTIC! The moment we stepped in to the house, we knew we made the best choice ever. Dana and Scott’s hospitality was so warm, and the breakfast Dana made was so delicious. We booked the Red Room, which was so spacious for a family of 3 adults. We spent the evening by chatting by the fire pit, enjoying music in the living rooms, having some hot teas and snacks… Everything was so amazing! I highly recommend this place for family vacation, anniversary, birthdays, and any other special occasions!

This is a charming bed & breakfast in a pleasant rural setting just a bit off of the Skyline Drive. We enjoyed our stay, including a good homemade breakfast, even if a few things could use freshening. Just a short drive to a few restaurants in Waynesboro.

We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect! The Blue Room is comfortable and has everything you need. We arrived before other guests and got a peek in all the rooms and any of them would have been great! The house has several areas inside and outside to relax. We enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and the living room with its fireplace. Check out the photo album on the piano with a the history of the house, it was very interesting. Dana is warm and welcoming and serves a delicious breakfast. She also gives you suggestions on places to eat and visit.

We stayed here to host our engagement party, and it could not have been more perfect. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, capturing its historic charm while still feeling warm and inviting. The owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, making everything seamless and stress-free. The space was ideal for hosting — from the stocked dishwater to the cozy fire pit that our guests absolutely loved. It truly felt like the perfect place to gather, celebrate, and make memories. We’re so grateful we found this gem and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect, host-friendly stay!

I got married at Heritage Hill and it was absolutely perfect. The house is incredibly clean, perfect for hosting with a variety of rooms and bathrooms, plus the perfect kitchen. The property is beautiful and so versatile. From the antique indoor vibes, to the beautiful field, mountain views, garden space, it is all stunning! The owners are AMAZING and beyond helpful, we couldn’t have done it without them!
