Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waynesboro East by IHG

The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and organized with cute little valentines decorations. The rooms were small for suites with a little microwave and a little refrigerator, but it easily sleeps 6 (just not much room for your stuff). The breakfast was delicious the first day, but needed a little work the second. The pool was small with only 12 people maximum, which was plenty for us - but no more room for any other family. The parking was close and convenient. If you are going to Wintergreen resort, this was a very nice and affordable stay. I would recommend it as a great place to stay for anyone going skiing/tubing at Wintergreen.

This is a very nice hotel. It was clean and very well maintained. The kids loved the indoor pool. We really enjoyed our stay, it was about 30 minutes away from Winter Green Resort which was convenient for us. Our only complaint was that the soap in our room was empty our entire stay, but that leads to me the main point of this review, Diane! She had the BEST customer service. She gave us bar soap to accommodate the empty liquid bottle. She made us feel as home and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Diane!

To the lady at the front desk with brown hair and glasses. The way that you talked to me this morning was ridiculous. I only asked if there was late check out, you could’ve been nicer with your answer. Not to mention the eye roll on top of it. I wish I could see her name. We really needed the late check out since the grave side service got moved an hour later. Diane was phenomenal and she was so nice! Erica was great as well. The rooms were great minus the floors. They were pretty dirty in the bathroom. But we just wore sandals getting out of the shower. No problem there! Everything was up to date, amazing amenities. Like I said only issue we truly had was the front desk girl, who was extremely rude.

I booked a room there for my family to stay and visit our family, when getting to the hotel there was a mix up, but Erica was wonderful and was able to help get us in our room. The staff the rest of our stay was amazing. The housekeeper Leah did an amazing job on our stay over service. We will be back to stay again when in town. The breakfast was amazing wish Alonzo took the time to try and help us with the pancake machine.

I stopped at this hotel in Waynesboro because I was having some trouble with my RV. |All of the staff at the hotel weee exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially Tammy, Michelle and the front desk Manager. Unfortunately her name is escaping me. But Tammy was able to refer me to some local shops that could help. |Aside from the staff at the hotel the rooms were some of the nicer rooms I’ve seen at a Holiday Inn Express recently |The furniture looked fairly new, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
