Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waynesboro-Route 340, an IHG Hotel

I am here to say this place is very professional, & all around a nice place to stay. Huge thank you to Tammy and Christina for guiding me around the area they were both very helpful. However the past two times I’ve stayed the rooms have been dirty… crumbs, empty chip bags. HOW does that even pass inspection? Someone’s not doing their job.. I won’t be staying here no more.

We stopped here on our trip to DC and so glad we did. Christina and Kenya were excellent. The pool table in the lobby was a hit. Everything was clean and professional.

This Holiday Inn Express is well appointed, clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Christina, at the desk, made our checkin a pleasure with her warm and friendly personality. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast nook. Thank you

Rooms very renovated recently & they were very good. Huge suite with new furniture. I liked the quality of mattress & sofa bed futon. The location is excellent, you have restaurants & shopping places within mile. Breakfast was average quality. I found only white bread & they were not fresh. Staff & front desk were curteous. The hotel is going through renovation, so it looks like rooms are renovated, but bathrooms will be renovated in the future ( existing bathrooms were also very good). Swimming pool was going through renovation & closed. Overall I was very happy with my stay & I am sure, this experience will be better after renovation & improved breakfast quality.

Our stay here was for my graduation at Liberty University. This was the cheapest place during the commencement weekend and it was still $260 per night. There were several issues with our stay. The staff at check in was awesome; however, the next day when my elderly parents arrived, they were treated sub-rate. The hotel in general needs to be renovated, the pool was not heated (broken), the spa was not heated, there were several rooms "out of service", the refrigerator in the room was very loud, no tissues, stains on the carpet, holes in the parking lot and no hot breakfast the first day. The fitness center consisted of a measly treadmill and two ellipticals. Not a free weight or any weight in the room. The good thing was that it was reasonably priced against other hotels during this time,
